Condition Text
The Occupation will be conducted by a resident of the dwelling unit and no more than TWO persons are permitted to be engaged in the home occupation on the premises.
The residential character of the home shall be maintained.
No vibration, noise, heat, glare, odour or electrical interference shall be detectable from outside the premises.
No operations, displays, or signs shall be visible from outside the premises, with the exception of a single name plate not exceeding one sq. ft. in area.
All materials, equipment and products associated with the home occupation shall be stored within a building.
No excessive traffic shall be generated by the occupation.
Only one commercial vehicle not exceeding 4500 kg GVW is permitted to be parked on the property.
